Delete your Yuno account
You can delete your Yuno account and your data at any time, from the website, the iPhone app or the Android app.
From Yuno
Sign in, then: as a client, open your profile and tap "Delete my account"; as a coach, open the settings and tap "Delete my account". Confirm by typing DELETE and the account is deleted right away.
Without access to your account
Email contact@yuno.fit from your account's email address and ask for its deletion. We do it within one month and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your profile, sessions, progress, plans, photos, notifications and registered devices, and the content of your messages. As a coach, your clients keep their accounts without a coach, and if you were the account's last coach, your subscription is cancelled.
What is kept
Invoices for your coach subscription stay with Paddle, our reseller, which must keep them for its accounting and tax obligations.
