Getting started

Create your account, invite your first trainee, and assign a training program in under 5 minutes. Check our quick-start guide in the app dashboard.

Add trainees via email invitation. They receive access to the trainee app where they can view their sessions, progress, and nutrition plans.

If you experience technical issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
